Key Responsibilities:
As a part of our Cyber strategy team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
We are looking for a Deputy Manager with experience in IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments and cybersecurity strategy. The role involves managing control assessments, ensuring compliance (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST), and helping clients build effective cyber risk management programs.
- Lead ITGC reviews across access, change, and IT operations.
- Conduct walkthroughs, test controls, and report findings.
- Perform cybersecurity maturity assessments based on NIST, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
- Help define cyber strategy and governance models for clients.
- Manage junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Desired qualifications
- B. E/ B-Tech (Tier 1/2) or master’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 are preferred.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in IT audit and cyber advisory.
- Strong Understanding of ITGC , Sox and Cybersecurity frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
